Our Method: We are experienced a pandemic like nothing we’ve known before. A virus that can be everywhere, on anything and everything. In our experience, what we found as key to limiting exposure is to social distance, clean more, and clean often.
Well before the pandemic, we did not service multiple homes in a day. By design we’ve always service 1 client on any given day. Since the pandemic we continue to be vigilant and practice social distancing, working on opposite sides of the home while cleaning. Cardinal Organic uses a powerful UVC sterilizer to chemically free disinfect the equipment used in the home. If the state is on high alert, then we would also treat the areas we have touched and set up our equipment in before we leave your home as the final step.
It is another measure we proactively take to minimize the risk of exposure.
Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning
Our Method: Our low moisture process utilizes less than five gallons of water to clean the carpeting in an average 5 bedroom home. Leading carpet mills and the Carpet and Rug Institute approve of this interim carpet care method.
Our technician is properly trained in “Very Low Moisture” carpet cleaning. Cardinal Organic utilizes commercial-grade equipment to renew your carpet’s appearance and extend its life cycle. There are moments when it is inevitable that hot water extraction is needed. We use it in specific circumstances in combination with our equipment to achieve a superior clean and keep the moisture levels to a minimum when Cleaning carpet & Upholstery.
WOOD FLOOR CLEANING
Our Method: We prepare the floor by removing all the dry soil and loose debris from the hardwood floor. Cardinal Organic then proceeds with applying a cleaner engineered for this specific type of flooring. CARDINAL ORGANIC wants to emphasize that this process is not an over the counter remedy. The equipment and products needed require a trained technician to apply them. This process is not a mask but a very thorough remediation of the malodor.
Marijuana, cigarette, curry or cadaver odors are the most common odors we can remediate. Vehicles, Hotel Rooms, Apartments, and Single Family Homes. This process may require that you hire outside contractors to clean air ducts or remove and reinstall sheetrock (a separate process not connected to Cardinal Organic) before remediation can take place. The source must be removed. If you want a vehicle cleaned or are trying to sell your vehicle and need this process our rates are in the “schedule now” section of this website along with instructions.
Remediations pertaining to dwellings ie: Hotel Rooms, Apartments and Single-Family Homes in 2021 are currently $4.00 a square foot. There are various tools and methods for remediation and each situation presents its challenges. A thorough pre-inspection will need to be scheduled and an estimate will be made and sent to your email for your approval.
